Returns and exchanges sg

SG Partners will only accept order cancellations within the first 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the production process will have already started, so cancellations will not be possible.

Since these are custom-made products, SG Partners will not accept returns for reasons other than those described above. This is established in art. 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other Complementary Laws (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16), indicating that the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to section C of Art. 103.

SG Partners will only accept returns for orders when one or more of the following conditions are met:

Incidents due to defects, manufacturing errors or breakages during transport

This section refers to incidents related to products:

  • Delivered defective or in poor condition.
  • With manufacturing errors (incorrect measurements, colour or characteristics) attributable to the company.
  • That do not meet the quality standards of the sector.

To be eligible for compensation or restitution, the customer must carefully examine the products received at the time of delivery. Any possible defects in the delivered goods, printing errors, colour, measurements or defective packaging of the material not attributable to the user, must be immediately reported to the carrier and SG Partners by email to: customer@sgpartners.es. The customer must make such a claim within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order, attaching the documentation required for each case, as well as a description of the defects.

Once the defects have been verified, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement of the item with another of the same characteristics, free of charge. SG Partners will arrange for the collection of the item and proceed to send the new item.
  • In the event that the customer does not wish to return the item, SG Partners will issue a partial refund of the amount of the defective product to the original payment method.

In the event that after reviewing the returned material it is found that the products have been manipulated in such a way that they have any type of deterioration that diminishes their value, due to the fact that they have been manipulated in a way other than that derived from what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and/or functioning of the products, it will mean that in such cases the exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be admitted, and the customer must assume the costs of shipping in the event that the item has already been collected by the carrier.

Changes and modifications to orders.

Order modifications can be made within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of placing the order. To modify the order, the customer must contact SG Partners by email: customer@sgpartners.es , indicating the order number and the changes to be made, always within 24 hours from the date of placing the order.

If such modification of the order entails an increase in the total price, the customer must pay these amounts using the means indicated by SG Partners for this purpose. Once payment has been received, we will proceed to modify the product. If such modification entails a reduction in price, SG Partners will refund the difference to the original payment method.
